What you will do

  • Develop GenAI-powered features and production workflows by integrating LLMs and designing prompt pipelines.
  • Build infrastructure to expose insurance and billing data to the Kora AI agent in real-time.
  • Expand Kora from a voice-based agent into a multi-modal platform supporting chat, SMS, and outbound calls.
  • Analyze call transcripts and conversation logs to iteratively refine product behavior and system prompts.
  • Lead technical projects and mentor peer engineers to drive measurable impact across the stack.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA.
  • 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience preferred.
  • Proven experience integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into products.
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (primary languages).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure setup on AWS or GCP.
  • Ability to design and monitor non-deterministic systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with React.
