Salary: $210,000 – $257,000

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Design to define and build user experiences across the full stack.
• Own and evolve frontend and backend architectures to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead the design of complex frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, including SSR and performance optimization.
• Design and build robust backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
• Establish engineering standards, including patterns, tooling, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor engineers across disciplines to raise the bar on code quality and architectural thinking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience with meaningful depth in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Django.
• Experience designing and operating backend systems at scale, including databases, caching, and queuing.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, testing, code reviews, and observability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• Must be based in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs).
• Background in early-stage software products engineered for scale or R&D.
