Salary: $135,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Develop and lead effective test strategies for complex, large-scale integration projects.
• Architect and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks to support CI/CD processes.
• Pioneer the use of AI techniques (fuzzing, generative AI) to increase test coverage for large-scale systems.
• Implement AI-powered custom tools, such as self-healing frameworks and intelligent defect prediction.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into delivery pipelines and perform root cause analysis.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for quality assurance and manage the QA sign-off process for releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA and test automation.
• Proven ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence methodologies into test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, along with scripting languages.
• Strong experience designing API smoke, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in or near the office locations in NYC, LA, Broomfield, or Buffalo.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Ad Tech industry.
• Exposure to prompt engineering and generative AI for synthetic data generation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for deploying and monitoring cloud applications.
