What you will do

• Own and redesign CI/CD systems end-to-end to improve pipeline reliability and build cycle times.
• Lead the adoption of standardized QE practices and testing frameworks across engineering teams.
• Drive automation of QE processes using AI-assisted tooling such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
• Mentor and grow a team of 1–3 Quality Engineers, supporting their technical and career growth.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to shift quality earlier in the development lifecycle.
• Establish structured knowledge sharing and process documentation to scale team impact.

Requirements

• Proven track record owning and operating CI/CD systems at scale (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
• Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling, infrastructure modernization, and scaling systems.
• Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Solid background as an SDET or in Quality Engineering, with experience building frameworks from scratch.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to automate testing and accelerate workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
