Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify gaps and risks early in the SDLC.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, automated, integration, and regression testing.
• Implement scalable automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define, track, and evolve quality metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify risks and define meaningful quality standards.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools based on scalability and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API test frameworks.
• Proficiency in modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Postman.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate finance or financial services.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance test design and automation.
