Mental Health Therapist (Medtech)

Location: Remote within the United States; providers must be full-time U.S. residents and able to provide care to clients in Williamstown, New Jersey.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage caseloads covering a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including complex and severe presentations.
• Provide care virtually and, where available, in person through a private or group practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises as needed.
• Use evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Apply measurement-based care and promote skills practice.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with independent practice authority and no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments and following clinical best practices.
• Ability to provide care to clients in Williamstown, New Jersey.
• Experience managing clinical risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Full-time residence in the United States.
