What you will do

• Design and build new features for the hirify.global Atlas platform.
• Lead complex technical projects and collaborate with stakeholders on the product roadmap.
• Develop interfaces for major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance security and performance.
• Partner with customers and support engineers to resolve production issues via an on-call rotation.
• Establish codebase best practices and design principles within the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in large-scale, distributed backend systems using compiled languages (Go, Java, C#, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven track record of launching and maintaining new modules in production.
• Must be based in the New York City area for a hybrid or in-office model.
