hirify.global is developing a real-time auction and mediation platform to power Microsoft's global advertising stack.

What you will do

• Own the long-range architecture of the MMS platform, including the OpenRTB request hot path and auction engines.
• Design and build highly scalable Go services with strict latency SLAs (single-digit milliseconds) and five-nines availability.
• Evolve the bidder adapter framework to support new supply types and integration patterns.
• Drive Azure-native operational excellence using AKS, ACR, Event Hubs, and Azure DevOps.
• Set engineering standards through design reviews, RFCs, and mentorship of senior and staff-level engineers.
• Improve the experimentation framework to enable safe A/B testing at high cadence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Must be able to meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
• Deep production experience with Go, including profiling, GC tuning, and concurrency patterns.
• Experience building latency-sensitive backend services with strict P99 millisecond SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with OpenRTB, programmatic advertising, header bidding, or similar auction platforms.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and Azure infrastructure (AKS, Key Vault, Blob Storage).
