What you will do

• Manage project setup and maintenance in Deltek Costpoint, including funding and billing formulas.
• Develop project cost/schedule baselines and conduct monthly financial forecasts/EACs.
• Monitor project burn rates and perform variance analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Handle project A/R and A/P, including subcontract payments and customer invoice collection.
• Support project teams with risk analysis, internal/external reviews, and contract closeouts.
• Maintain detailed project files on SharePoint, including contracts and budget plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience providing project accounting support for government services contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a business-related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint Project Module and Cognos.
• Experience with Deltek Time and Expense.
• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
