Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of offshore bookkeepers to drive high performance and accountability.
• Manage performance targets across quality, productivity, SLAs, and automation adoption.
• Optimize core workflows for month-end close, payroll, onboarding, and year-end adjustments.
• Manage BPO partner relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with Tax, Support, and Product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Implement automation tools to reduce manual work and support scalable business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of S-Corp and Sole-proprietor bookkeeping.
• Experience working in a high-volume, tech-enabled services environment.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in dashboards and performance metrics.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (confirmed via E-Verify).
