What you will do

• Lead scientific and technical aspects of multiple concurrent studies for external Life Science customers, including timeline estimation and stakeholder communication.
• Design and execute analyses on real-world and clinical trial EEG data using statistical and computational methods.
• Collaborate with customer scientists and clinicians to translate complex neural data into scientifically rigorous results.
• Develop and review reusable, documented code for analytical results and core computational pipelines.
• Contribute to statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and co-author scientific reports.
• Act as a bridge between external customers and internal teams to influence product and model development.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in neuroscience and statistics for data analysis and insight generation.
• Proven track record of presenting complex analyses to diverse external audiences.
• Experience writing and reviewing code within a shared, version-controlled codebase.
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, including interpretation and diagnostics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing, and highly asynchronous environment.
• Preference for candidates based in the United States to ensure timezone overlap and logistical efficiency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Julia, AWS, Superset, Pandoc, SQL, and GraphQL.
