Location: San Francisco, CA, USA (flexible hybrid model, typically 1-2 days in office)

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD (plus variable bonus/commission)

What you will do

  • Own and manage portfolio of referral partners, executing structured account plans with targets for retention and revenue growth
  • Conduct QBRs, identify growth opportunities, and launch promotional initiatives to drive adoption
  • Strengthen hirify.global brand presence through marketing, events, and internal partner promotions
  • Pursue new partnerships in HR/benefits, membership organizations, stock plans, and global mobility
  • Track performance metrics (referrals, conversions, revenue), deliver reporting, and surface data-driven insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing B2B/B2C partnerships in financial services, payments, or FX, with referral ecosystems like employee/member benefits
  • Experience in employee benefits or member-based distribution models preferred
  • Strong understanding of consumer FX, cross-border payments, and international money movement
  • Proven account management discipline: structured plans, QBRs, partner engagement, revenue growth
  • Operational rigor in CRM (Salesforce), reporting, commissions, and governance
  • Analytical skills for performance data, funnel health, and risk identification
  • Excellent communication for senior stakeholders and cross-functional execution
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events
