What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day shipping operations including inbound, outbound, and inter-site transfers.
  • Oversee hazardous and regulated materials transport compliance in accordance with DOT and OSHA.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with a network of qualified carriers for specialized and high-risk shipments.
  • Coordinate inventory movement and planning between Texas and New Mexico facilities.
  • Establish and scale logistics systems, SOPs, and workflows for the New Mexico site launch.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials operations.
  • Experience managing complex or regulated shipments.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • Strong understanding of multi-site inventory coordination.

Nice to have

  • Experience with explosives logistics or hazardous materials.
  • Background in aerospace, defense, or high-consequence manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP or shipping workflow management systems.
