Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Source electrical hardware like sensors, PCBs, PCBAs, harnesses, connectors, wire, ICs, SMD components on expedited timelines.
• Negotiate costs, provide DFx feedback for new designs, and manage BOM for electrical assemblies.
• Lead clear to builds with engineering to meet production deadlines.
• Develop forecasting and analytics tools for full-scale satellite production.
• Build and manage supplier base across satellite subsystems from NPI to production.
• Act as interface for supplier onboarding, evaluation, negotiation, and project management.

Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain management or engineering in aerospace.
• 2+ years procuring PCBs, PCBAs, harness assemblies.
• Experience managing suppliers in fast-paced environments, vendor management, negotiation.
• Strong understanding of quality control like issue tickets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, finance.
• Ability to travel 25-50%; lift 25 lbs unassisted.
• Must be U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual) per ITAR.
• Bachelor’s in supply chain, finance, electrical, aerospace, math, or related engineering.
