What you will do

• Own materials strategy, translate business objectives into executable plans, and lead make vs buy decisions across programs and sites.
• Oversee demand planning, BOM accuracy, shortage management, and production readiness reviews.
• Manage enterprise inventory strategy, warehousing, logistics, and cycle counts with full traceability.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR/EAR, and act as SME in audits and risk management.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, reporting, and working capital; provide executive-level supply-chain insights.
• Build and lead high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and implement scalable systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related (Master’s preferred)
• 10–15+ years materials/supply-chain/operations leadership, preferably aerospace/defense
• Proven experience scaling regulated programs and production.
• Deep knowledge of ERP/MRP, BOM control, supplier management, compliance frameworks.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR, E-Verify, background check required)

Nice to have

• CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
