What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Procurement, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for various client engagements.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with major software vendors to reduce costs and optimize terms.
• Conduct license position assessments and risk diagnostics to identify compliance gaps and audit risks.
• Develop and execute contract exit strategies, including risk mitigation and transition planning.
• Provide benchmarking analysis on pricing, licensing structures, and commercial terms.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting or client-facing commercial/procurement roles.
• Deep expertise in software licensing, including SaaS, enterprise agreements, and cloud models.
• Proven success in supporting or leading vendor negotiations.
• Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and license compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and problem-solving.
