Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Crawley, United Kingdom (required to work from HQ 4 days a week)

What you will do

• Advise clients on a wide range of legal issues and key corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across various business areas.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and outside legal resources.
• Assist with acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructurings.
• Develop and implement legal and risk management strategies, templates, and training materials.
• Act as a mentor and resource for other members of the legal team.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in English law.
• 6+ years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE).
• Strong expertise in sophisticated transactional matters and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Experience managing litigation and coordinating with outside counsel.
• Strong negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
• General understanding of data privacy, corporate compliance, anti-corruption, and anti-competition laws.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Medical Device Industry, including Regulatory knowledge (FDA, MDR, etc.).
