What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders on diverse regulatory matters.
• Advise on the design and rollout of new products, services, and cross-border business activities.
• Draft and negotiate customer-facing contracts, disclosures, and account documentation.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with institutional clients and counterparties.
• Handle regulatory inquiries from UK, EU, and worldwide exchanges and authorities.
• Coordinate and engage with external legal advisors.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with 3-5+ years of experience in law firms, financial institutions, or fintech.
• Strong academic background in legal analysis and reasoning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for explaining complex legal matters.
• Ability to own projects from concept to execution.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in fintech, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
