What you will do

• Develop and execute insight-driven 360° local marketing plans to drive product demand and build brand equity.
• Translate national brand campaigns into regionally relevant strategies and execution plans.
• Manage regional brand marketing budgets and define clear KPIs to track and optimize results.
• Lead regional product launches and ensure consistent brand representation across all local activities.
• Collaborate with regional Sports, Culture, and Media Network teams to optimize the impact of brand initiatives.
• Provide local insights to the Advertising Team to guide the planning and creative briefs for regional campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing.
• Strong background in consumer marketing and retail activation, preferably within a CPG environment.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies in local markets.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of taking projects from concept to execution.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with digital and social media channels.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
