What you will do

  • Partner with the Enterprise sales team to develop targeted regional campaigns and tactics that support growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute regional in-person field marketing events across the United States to generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with executives and marketing leaders to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned event experiences.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Manage on-site event execution, including logistics and real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content assets for target audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in event planning and sales partnership.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid office culture (3 days/week).
  • Ability to travel for on-site event execution.
  • Strong project management and communication skills for managing stakeholders and timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing, high-output environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS event marketing or a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Splash, and Google Suite.
  • Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
