What you will do

• Prepare and manage client quotations, including cost estimates for services and equipment.
• Process sales orders and create purchase orders for materials and tools needed for field operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve procurement issues.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of critical parts for field teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, updates, and support related to field activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and prepare operational performance reports for management.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree in business administration or project management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination or project management.
• Experience in the elevator or construction industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
