What you will do

• Develop and maintain master production schedules to ensure balanced workloads and optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with production planners, supply chain, and engineering to align schedules with demand forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze plant capacity levels, identifying risks and recommending improvements to throughput.
• Create and present detailed capacity and performance reports to upper management via dashboards and KPIs.
• Refine scheduling processes and integrate industry best practices to enhance operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in master scheduling or capacity planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work 100% onsite in Surrey, BC.
• Strong analytical skills and experience reporting to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with make-to-order manufacturing environments.
