What you will do
- Process and ship service parts requests within a strict 24-hour window.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to prioritize service-critical orders.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across HQ, Field Service Locations (FSLs), and partner sites.
- Generate monthly consumption reports and recommend replenishment levels based on historical demand.
- Manage inventory cycle counts and ensure data integrity within Salesforce and Epicor.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce service delays caused by parts shortages.
Requirements
- Experience in service parts coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kitchener, Ontario.
- Proficiency in inventory tracking and warehouse management operations.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and Epicor.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between Service Operations and Dispatch teams.
