What you will do

• Coordinate accounts payable processes and reconcile invoices with purchase orders for local suppliers.
• Record accounting entries in Mexican accounting books and ensure compliance with electronic accounting requirements.
• Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and the processing of checks.
• Calculate and control SUA payments and manage REPSE compliance for suppliers in Tijuana.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested information and reports.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and maintain accounting department files and records.

Requirements

• Experience with Mexican accounting standards and electronic reporting.
• Knowledge of SUA payments and REPSE compliance.
• Ability to manage supplier communications and accounts payable workflows.
• Must be located in Tijuana, Mexico
