What you will do

• Prepare and enter daily and month-end journal entries.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and audit processes.
• Act as a liaison with other departments regarding accounting information.
• Analyze departmental processes and recommend improvements.
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of public accounting principles and practices.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle Financial software.
• Experience in the credit card processing or bankcard industry.
• At least one year of experience in general ledger accounting.
