What you will do

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for core platform capabilities including IAM, APIs, developer tooling, and observability.
• Lead cross-team efforts to modernize and unify shared services across multiple product lines for better scalability and performance.
• Partner with engineering leaders to deliver a secure, robust platform architecture that accelerates overall product innovation.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, prioritized initiatives balancing long-term strategy with immediate business needs.
• Champion developer experience by delivering intuitive, reliable, and well-documented services to increase velocity.
• Monitor platform health using KPIs, customer feedback, and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience focused on SaaS platforms, infrastructure, or shared services.
• Strong technical understanding of multi-tenant cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and access controls (RBAC/ABAC).
• Demonstrated success delivering platform products that support internal and external developers at scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing roadmaps and managing delivery in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth2, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
• Experience with service mesh architectures, event-driven systems, or data pipelines.
• Background in developer tooling, API lifecycle management, or platform reliability engineering.
• Prior experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company or on a dedicated platform team.
