Location: Hybrid onsite in San Mateo, CA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required). US-based role only; limited US work authorization support (no certain visa categories or future H-1B sponsorship).

What you will do

• Manage high-stakes compliance escalations for top creators, providing actionable guidance to keep content compliant and live.
• Act as strategic liaison between creators and internal teams (Legal, Trust & Safety, Policy, Operations) to resolve content issues.
• Proactively minimize platform interruptions by coordinating with enforcement teams on corrective actions.
• Support internal stakeholders with coordination for content updates, feedback, and information from strategic accounts.
• Drive process improvements by identifying friction points and partnering with technical teams on workflows.
• Support Novel Games Initiative as operational liaison for developers pushing platform boundaries.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in community support, program management, or creator relations (Trust & Safety/Compliance preferred).
• Masterful communication to explain complex policies empathetically to VIP partners and executives.
• High proficiency with Google Suite and CRM/ticketing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk); AI-savvy preferred.
• Crisis management skills for high-pressure situations.
• Strong technical writing for legal/audit documentation.
• Deep gaming industry knowledge across genres (RPGs, shooters, strategy) and game production lifecycle.
