Location: US-based role. Hybrid office schedule: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, optional Monday and Friday. Company may not support certain US visa categories or future H-1B sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead and own rapid investigations into critical incidents using internal tools, data analysis, and OSINT to establish facts and root causes.
- Serve as primary point of contact for critical incidents, managing communications with executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to high-risk, time-sensitive incidents.
- Orchestrate cross-functional incident response efforts and deliver real-time updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and iterate on incident response playbooks and conduct post-mortem reviews to improve policies, processes, and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in investigations, incident management, or policy enforcement on social platforms.
- 5+ years managing high-pressure, complex investigations independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis, internal dashboards, and investigation tools.
- Experience mentoring junior investigators and strong project management skills.
