Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully in-office, 5 days a week, based in New York near Madison Square Park, United States

Builds an AI Site Reliability Engineer for enterprises that autonomously understands production environments to diagnose, fix, and prevent incidents.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap with customers, engineers, AI researchers, SREs, platform engineers, and incident responders.
• Build the product layer around AI agents across the web app, Slack, Microsoft Teams, MCP, and API surfaces.
• Iterate on prompts and harnesses, run evaluations, and improve agent output quality and behavior.
• Own enterprise-ready capabilities such as fine-grained access control and RBAC.
• Prototype product ideas, identify MVPs, sequence rollouts, and validate features with beta users.
• Turn customer gaps into shipped features and help shape product processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of combined experience in product management, engineering, or a similar role, including at least 2 years as a Product Manager.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI agents and strong intuition for LLM and multi-agent experiences.
• Strong judgment in both UI design and headless product experiences.
• Excellent writing skills for product documentation, agent prompts, and customer communication.
• High agency, rapid execution, prototyping ability, and strong customer-facing skills with senior enterprise engineers.
• Ability to work fully in-office five days per week in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience building a product that is itself an AI agent or side projects built with AI.
• 1–2+ years of software engineering or SRE experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, data-heavy products, observability tooling, SRE workflows, or on-call environments.
• Experience helping an early-stage company become more structured or working as an early Product Manager at a high-growth startup.
