What you will do

  • Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users through regular calls and account management to foster adoption and uncover new use cases.
  • Conduct customer discoveries, demo product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for implementation, best practices, workshops, and training.
  • Run QBRs to demonstrate value, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor product usage, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Align support teams with customer priorities and manage renewal cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
  • Self-starter mindset thriving in fast-paced, limited-process environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Strong communication for articulating value and fostering collaboration.
  • Proven ability to demo technical products and translate value into solutions.
  • Customer-first focus with team collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies.
