What you will do

• Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users through regular touchpoints to foster adoption and uncover new use cases.
• Conduct discoveries to understand goals, demo product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for implementation, best practices, workshops, and training sessions.
• Run QBRs to demonstrate value, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor product usage, identify upsell opportunities, and align with account and executive teams.
• Relay customer feedback and ensure support alignment on priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Customer Success Manager in SaaS
• Self-starter able to thrive in fast-paced, limited-process environments
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple customer relationships
• Strong communication for collaboration and articulating technical product value
• Proven ability to demo products and deliver measurable results with customer-first mindset
• Team player focused on collective success
