Salary: $142,000 - $170,000 AUD

What you will do

• Drive adoption, value realization, and retention for APAC customers.
• Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
• Lead regular Business Reviews to evaluate impact and define next steps.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to guide technical implementation and project requirements.
• Identify expansion opportunities and develop strategies to win back churned accounts.
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide internal product feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management, preferably in SaaS.
• Must be located in Australian Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone.
• Experience supporting highly technical products.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Track record of managing renewals and optimizing revenue in coordination with Sales and Legal.
