What you will do

• Assist production teams in day-to-day project operations and communication throughout the development process.
• Manage task and milestone planning, tracking, and approval processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tracking deliverable quality and providing feedback.
• Coordinate work across internal teams including design, art, and programming.
• Utilize Scrum software development methodologies to guarantee a stable project pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management or game design.
• English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of and passion for the gaming industry.
• Ability to manage relationships at a senior level within multicultural environments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Shanghai, China.
