What you will do
- Manage senior client relationships and lead cross-functional account teams of marketers.
- Drive performance through integrated tactics across paid search, social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative.
- Diagnose growth constraints and conduct quarterly reviews focusing on creative performance and cohort retention.
- Develop customer retention strategies, monitoring repeat purchase rates and LTV by acquisition cohort.
- Leverage AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.
- Coach and provide direct feedback to analysts and specialists to ensure account growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in fashion or apparel marketing, either agency or brand side.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong understanding of DTC economics (CAC, LTV, margins) and seasonal business strategy.
- Proficiency in the influencer and UGC ecosystems, including briefing and scaling.
- Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes and associated measurement challenges like incrementality testing.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts (MRR growth).
