What you will do

• Architect the overarching design platform infrastructure for the entire organization.
• Develop AI-native design systems, including LLM-aware components and AI-generated variants.
• Build and optimize token pipelines and MCPs to streamline design-to-code workflows.
• Create tools and plugins that allow designers and engineers to extend the system with confidence.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure system adoption and fidelity.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in design system architecture across Figma and production code.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI, LLMs, and MCPs into engineering workflows.
• Fluency in design tokens and component architecture.
• Experience with scripting or plugin development (e.g., Figma APIs).
• Must be based in the United States.
