What you will do

• Build reusable, responsive, and WCAG accessible components for the design system and web applications from Figma designs.
• Maintain and organize the design token system, bootloader, and codemods in collaboration with designers.
• Improve the React component library with latest frontend packages, patterns, and best practices.
• Implement CI/CD unit, integration, and visual regression tests for seamless deployment and communication of enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and UI architects to build and refine components.
• Advocate standards, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support strategic planning.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 5+ years of post-internship experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS (preferably SCSS), and JavaScript.
• Experience with component libraries, design systems, design tokens, and WCAG.
• Experience with frontend tooling (Vite, Codemod), testing (React Testing Library, Cypress), and Figma collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline; self-motivated with problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tokens Studio, Style Dictionary, Storybook, Rollup bundler.
• Deep understanding of CORS, CDNs, i18n.
