Product Designer (Media)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Media): Designing world-class customer journeys and internal tools for advisors within the Assisted customer experience team with an accent on user-centric workflows and seamless omni-channel interactions. Focus on synthesizing customer insights, building high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and iterating on journeys to drive experimentation.

Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite in Livingston campus

What you will do

• Design solutions that address business, user, and technical requirements under the mentorship of Lead and Senior Product Designers.
• Identify and synthesize customer insights to map out user journeys and information architecture.
• Produce low and high-fidelity concepts and build prototypes for user testing and presentations.
• Develop production-ready designs for developer hand-off, adhering to brand and design system guidelines.
• Rapidly iterate on existing journeys to facilitate product experimentation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital products and services across responsive web and native applications.
• Practical understanding of Design Systems and their contribution to the overall design workflow.
• Proficiency in Figma and other related design software.
• Demonstrable experience using design to support experimentation and optimization in a commercial, agile environment.
• Concise and empathetic communication skills for effective peer collaboration.
