What you will do

• Lead the full product design lifecycle from user research and ideation to final UI delivery.
• Design high-quality, responsive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable and consistent design system.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to align design with business goals.
• Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback to ensure visual consistency.
• Create supporting visual assets, including illustrations and marketing design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on UX/UI.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences and complex user flows.
• Expertise in building and scaling design systems in complex environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone setup.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3 and crypto.
• Skills in motion design or illustration.
• Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals.
