What you will do

• Lead multiple new product development projects from initial concept through to commercialization.
• Own and drive master project timelines, proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, packaging vendors, and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between product development, packaging, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure product launch readiness, overseeing everything from formulation to go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, product development, packaging, or supply chain within the beauty or CPG industries.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools such as Smartsheet or JIRA.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Somerset, NJ for hybrid work (1 day/week).
