What you will do

• Investigate and resolve client support tickets via phone and email.
• Perform technical troubleshooting using SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement innovative solutions for evolving client needs.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to contribute to high-quality product releases.
• Develop user-friendly documentation and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Proactively monitor support requests to gain insights into platform performance and client challenges.

Requirements

• Four-year degree from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a technical and/or training field.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. hours consistently.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics.
