What you will do
- Investigate and resolve client support tickets via phone and email.
- Perform technical troubleshooting using SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement innovative solutions for evolving client needs.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to contribute to high-quality product releases.
- Develop user-friendly documentation and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Proactively monitor support requests to gain insights into platform performance and client challenges.
Requirements
- Four-year degree from an accredited institution.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a technical and/or training field.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work U.S. hours consistently.
- Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
Nice to have
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics.
