What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls through telephone queues and process modification requests.
• Assist customers with questions and problem-solving regarding online marketing products.
• Document all client transactions accurately and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Perform basic campaign modifications, including photo edits and copy changes.
• Identify and communicate customer feedback, trends, and opportunities to department leadership.
• Recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customers' web presence.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate at least 1 year in professional roles (including internships).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong passion for customer service and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to independently handle escalations and de-escalate irate customers.
