What you will do

• Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and phone calls.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Provide specialized technical support for networking and cloud products.
• Escalate incidents clearly, including impact, timeline, and reproduction steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth troubleshooting for customer events.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required (spoken and written)
• 1–2 years of proven experience in a Technical Support role.
• Experience as a Cloud Support Engineer.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must be located in one of the supported countries (South Africa, Georgia, Nigeria, Morocco, Philippines, Tunisia)

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• AWS certificate.
