Salary: $155,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Sleep and Fitness experiences aligned with company goals.
• Translate complex physiological data and algorithm outputs into clear and actionable member experiences.
• Partner with engineering, machine learning, and research science teams to deliver science-grounded features.
• Define and track success metrics focused on member trust, engagement, and behavioral change.
• Integrate sleep and fitness insights across core platform surfaces and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in consumer health or data-driven products.
• Experience building products grounded in complex physiological signals.
• Technical fluency in algorithm outputs, data models, and system architecture.
• Must be based in or be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong analytical skills to inform prioritization and measure product impact.
