Salary: $200,000 – $280,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of internal IT, including identity and access infrastructure (SSO, RBAC, SAML/SCIM) and endpoint management.
• Use hirify.global's own ITSM platform as the primary system of record for all IT workflows to pressure test and refine the product.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational insights into prioritized feature requests and roadmap shaping.
• Represent the company externally as a credible IT leader, engaging with customers, speaking at events, and hosting roundtables.
• Drive security and compliance posture, leading access reviews and owning IT-side compliance for SOC 2 and beyond.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT engineering and operations.
• 3+ years in a Director or Head of IT leadership role at a high-growth technology company.
• Hands-on expertise with Okta, SAML, SCIM, RBAC, macOS, and endpoint management tools like Kandji.
• Proven track record of building and scaling IT organizations from early stages through significant growth.
• Strong customer-facing presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior IT leaders.
• Must be based in or work onsite in San Francisco.
