Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Ludwigsburg (Germany) or Alphen Aan Den Rijn (Netherlands)

What you will do
- Define and scale the Business Value Services strategy across TAA, Health, and CP&ESG divisions.
- Lead strategic, high-value deals to maximize ACV/TCV and win probability by acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.
- Oversee the creation of data-driven business cases that quantify revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Develop executive value narratives and equip sales teams with value-based proposals and messaging frameworks.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to align the product roadmap with customer value gaps.
- Recruit and lead a high-caliber team of value engineers from top-tier consulting firms and leading SaaS companies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or Enterprise SaaS (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record in value engineering, business case development, and complex enterprise deal support.
- Extensive experience in C-level stakeholder engagement (CFO, COO, CIO).
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, structured problem solving, and GTM strategy.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Must be available for in-person interviews at a office.
