Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 + variable + equity options

What you will do

• Craft outstanding user experiences for the hirify.global platform in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive roadmap items from initial shaping to implementation of final screens and flows together with software developers and product managers.
• Map and manage key customer journeys to deliver intuitive and delightful user flows.
• Create mockups, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to test hypotheses and communicate ideas.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Leverage and contribute new components to a maturing design system.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product design experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship for H-1B, F-1, or OPT).
• Experience designing in heavily constrained, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, fintech, automotive).
• Ability to navigate the entire design process skillfully, from discovery to delivery.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across time zones with the Vienna-based R&D team.
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with AI engineers and developers.
