What you will do

• Design intuitive, human-centric flows and experiences for users across the real estate ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end interaction and visual design across multiple features and projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners from concept through completion.
• Prototype quickly using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to validate interfaces and gather early user feedback.
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers to ensure high-quality feature launches.
• Analyze design success in the market and iterate based on customer usage and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional working experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful projects and a clear design process.
• Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills with a human-centric approach.
• Proven experience shipping products that simplify complex technical workflows.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in modern design software and related tools.
