Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing existing customers with technical product solutions for the hirify.global AI security platform with an accent on deployment health, value delivery, and adoption. Focus on architecture design reviews across network, email, and cloud environments to ensure maximum cyber resilience.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Dallas or Chicago, US), 3 days in office

Salary: $85k-$95k base + commission (80/20 split)

What you will do

• Act as a security expert and consultant, providing technical solutions and guidance to existing customers.
• Conduct deployment discovery and architecture design reviews for Network, Email, and Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with CSMs, Renewals Managers, and Sales to ensure customer needs are met and accounts grow.
• Identify new use cases for the hirify.global platform to maximize value delivery.
• Manage customer accounts and KPIs to drive retention and expansion.
• Mentor fellow CSE team members and maintain industry-relevant certifications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar role within cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to build critical business relationships and communicate with C-Suite executives.
• Experience within the cybersecurity industry.

Nice to have

• Experience in Email Security, Incident Response, or Cloud Security Architecture.
• Relevant external industry certifications.
