Associate Security Advisor (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess customer environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete security standards.
• Provide security recommendations and remediation steps to improve customer security posture.
• Directly communicate with customers to resolve misalignments with security standards.
• Document and resolve customer issues according to established SLAs and procedures.
• Generate service reports and statistics for customers upon request.
• Collaborate with internal support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 1+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSIRT operations and Incident Management.
• Knowledge of SIEM, UEBA, and MDR/XDR controls.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, CIS, PCI DSS, or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated enterprise clients.
