What you will do

• Coordinate logistics activities related to the launch and implementation of the new Canadian Distribution Center.
• Manage LTL and FTL spot quoting to secure cost-effective transportation options.
• Perform customs audits to ensure declared values align with contractual and compliance requirements.
• Reconcile delivered shipments against Bills of Lading (BOL) and monitor open orders.
• Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and provide weekly status reports to branches.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in documentation, invoicing, and shipment details.

Requirements

• College diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Basic understanding of shipping processes, carriers, and freight terms (LTL/FTL).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
